Refund Policy

There is no refund on postage and handling costs.

Downloads : Refunds for this service are not possible due to the exact nature of the purchase. Please read "Terms of Service" for a full description.

CDs and DVDs : Refunds are only available if these products are returned unopened, in their original packaging. This will be subject to full scrutiny of the product by Mentle Filter Pty Ltd, before a refund can be processed. Only when Mentle Filter Pty Ltd is completely satisfied that the item has not been opened or tampered with in any way will a refund be given.

Clothing and Accessories : Clothing and accessories refunds are only available on faulty manufacturing of products. If a product appears to be faulty, an email must be sent within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) to returns@mentlefilter.com firsthand, detailing the fault in the product. We will issue an authorisation if we deem it necessary for the product to be returned at your postage and handling cost. On inspection of the product, a refund will be given if we deem the product has failed in it’s manufacturing. No refunds will be available for any other reason. It is up to the purchaser (you) to satisfy yourself before purchasing of the colour, size, nature etc. of the product.

Publications : Publication refunds are only available on faulty manufacturing of products. If a product appears to be faulty, an email must be sent within 7 days of receipt to returns@mentlefilter.com firsthand, detailing the fault in the product. Downloads (Digital Products)

All Sales are final. The Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store service commences immediately when you begin to download songs from the Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store and you will not have a right to cancel your contract once the service commences. The Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store sells Products to end user customers only.

Payment Methods

The Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store accepts credit cards, (Visa and MasterCard only) as forms of payment. If a credit card company, is being used for a transaction, Mentle Filter Pty Ltd may obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.

The Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Please Note

If a transaction has been declined online due to credit card issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another credit card. Credit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order.

Billing

If you use the Shopping Cart functionality, you will have one order that authorizes and bills as a single purchase.

Sales Taxes, VAT, GST, Etc.

The Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store transactions will include sales tax, VAT, GST and the like based on the bill-to address and the applicable rate in effect at the time your transaction is completed, provided the Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store is operational and based in that country of taxable origin. If the applicable rate for the billing address changes before the purchased, digital content is downloaded, the new tax rate in effect at the time of download will apply. We will only charge tax in countries where particular goods are taxable and, provided the Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store is operational and based in that country of taxable origin. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions for purchases made on the Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store for purchases in Australia. Store purchases in Australia are subject to GST.

Prices

Your total price will include the price of the Product plus any applicable sales tax (in effect on the day of download). Mentle Filter Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at the Mentle Filter Pty Ltd Store at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
